The maintenance of our specialized equipment and the preparation of our apartments is being contracted out to professional in each field in order to offer our residents only the best residential product available on the market.

Our apartments are equipped with the newest appliances, dishwasher, vertical blinds, walk-in closets, storage and private balcony. All units are heated, air-conditioned and offer an incredible view of Lake St-Louis and the West Island. The larger units have 2 bedrooms and are equipped with an extra washroom. Benefiting from a perfect location, Bayside Lakeshore faces a municipal park, which includes the Pointe-Claire sailing club as well as the canoe club. Bayside Lakeshore also has the easiest access to highway 20 one can find, and is only minutes walking distance from the Pointe-Claire train station.
